Justin Esterberg, MD
Dr. Esterberg is a 20 year orthopedic surgeon based in the Seattle area. In addition to his surgical work, Dr. Esterberg has developed and monetized several IP assets over the past 10 years, including, as CEO of Navlab, developing a series of novel inventions in the AR/VR, surgical navigation, and robotics spaces which they were able to monetize successfully.
Simon Robinson, MBA
Mr. Robinson is a Cambridge educated MBA with additional graduate degrees from UW. He has extensive business, IP monetization, and strategy experience having completed over 150 transactions including several high profile $20M+ deals. Mr. Robinson is currently Founder and CIPO of IntuitiveX. In that role he has overseen the development of dozens of IP assets for various companies as well as the sale of multiple IP assets for excess of 10X returns.

Marisol Moretto
Marisol has 20 years of experience managing large and small intellectual property patent and trademark portfolios for boutique and international law firms. She previously served as the Senior Administrator of Intellectual Property for Innovation Law LLP, TechLaw LLP, and AlbertDhand LLP. Ms. Moretto studied at George Mason University. In addition she is a classically trained French cuisine and pastry chef earning the Grande Diplôme from Le Cordon Bleu Paris.
Mark Han, Esq
Mr. Han is a CLO and Founder of IntuitiveX. He earned his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School and has practiced intellectual property law for 20 years. In that time, he has represented clients such as Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, Seagate, Avago, and Intellectual Ventures, where he was responsible for managing prosecution and asset maintenance for one of the world’s largest patent portfolios.
John Cronin
John Cronin is Managing Director and Chairman of ipCapital Group, Inc. ("ipCG"), an IP consulting firm. He has worked with over 1000 companies. Mr. Cronin has inspired and trained thousands of engineers and scientists in the best practices of "how to invent.“ Prior to ipCG, Mr. Cronin spent over 17 years at IBM and became its top inventor with over 100 patents and 150 patent publications. He created and ran the IBM Patent Factory. Mr. Cronin holds a B.S. (E.E.), an M.S. (E.E), and a B.A. degree in Psychology from the University of Vermont.
Jeffrey Roh, MD, MBA, MSc
Dr. Roh is CEO and Founder of IntuitiveX and serves as the Director of Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery at the Swedish Neuroscience Institute and Chairman of Swedish Hospital’s Integrated Spine Program. He has over 15 years of experience as an angel investor, serial entrepreneur, and inventor who holds multiple patents through the USPTO. Dr. Roh earned his M.Sc. from Columbia University, MBA from University of Washington, and M.D. from Medical College of Wisconsin.
